Any grab at you means the attacker is already off balance

and unless he is very very strong he will punch at you.


Grab means twist into throw.

As you pull him down you should fall on a diagonal

to add your weight  and to avoid pulling him down on

top of you.


"The bigger the the harder they fall"...just be sure they

don't fall on you.


This is outside wrist lock version  of defense


This is an arm bar type of defense


Head Control Throw with dropping kick to Face/Head


Non-resistance forward pull


Non- resistance pull to ground with kick to head/face
