Rear Naked Choke. Swing elbow into his ribs hard, turn out towards him and strike his face. 

You could use shin kicks and heel stomps as well. 





Shoved upstairs.  Move forward, and kick backward into his groin, turn towards him
and continue your counter attack.




When picked up in rear bear hug, flail your legs hard against him, and head butt.
 




Hand over mouth, push rear back into him (or lean forward immediately) turn and strike.
 




Clothing grab from behind, push rear back into him (or lean forward immediately) then stomp.
 





Hair pull, clamp your hand over his, turn and strike.
 




Bear Hug arms trapped, swing rear end around, turn shoulders ad strike his groin,
 follow with eye gouge.
 

 

 

Pinned to wall (or two hand rear choke), raise arm like statue of liberty, spin,

trap his arm momentarily and then strike.

Turn Towards your Attacker as soon as possible, use strike, bite, kick to create an opening to do so!
